Biography
Ryan Comley
Ryan Comley is a percussionist originally from Charlotte, North Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte under the study of Prof. Rick Dior. During his time at UNCC, he performed a diverse selection of music, ranging from Classical to Jazz. Ryan has a strong respect and understanding for a variety of genres, and will meet your musical needs and ambitions.
Not only is Ryan a strong performer, but he also a places a great emphaisis on his abilities as a teacher. As a teacher, Ryans works to help students achieve their personal and musical goals. His students consistently find success, earning positions in All-State, All-District, and All-County honor bands. His students have also gone on to win spots in Collegiate Music programs, collegiate marching bands, and many other ensembles. While all of his students arent curently performing, they have found a love and appreciation for music that will last them a lifetimme.
